About Us
The institution was established in the academic year 1993-94 and is sponsored by Lord Venkateshwara Educational Trust. Sapthagiri College of Engineering started in an educationally backward area, Dharmapuri, standing as a punctual shining spot on National Highway 7 at Periyanahalli. It is a luminary on the Royal Road to knowledge and is easily approachable from Dharmapuri by route bus or college bus. The college spans over an area of 250 acres, and the campus is as wide as the founder’s vision and as beautiful as his idea. Like its other sister institutions, this college provides a sanctified spiritual environment in which students grow nourished, humanized, civilized, cultured, intellectually deepened, and personally intensified in their aptitude and broadened in its field of action and their minds blossom with tender and unworn senses.
